* § 2474. Extraordinary conditions provision. In the event that a\nparticipating municipality fails to make its required payment in whole\nor in part, to the authority because of extraordinary conditions beyond\nthe control of the participating municipality as determined by the\nauthority, the chairman of the authority shall certify such conditions\nto the comptroller. The comptroller upon receipt of such certification\nfrom the authority shall withhold state aid in the same manner as set\nforth in section twenty-four hundred seventy-three in an amount not to\nexceed eighty per centum of the total required payment minus the amount\npaid by the municipality. The comptroller shall immediately pay over to\nthe sports facilities income fund account the amount so withheld. In\nsuch cases, the authority shall provide for the outstanding amounts so\ndue in an appropriate and timely manner.\n  * NB (Disbanded March, 1980)\n
