§ 2429-d. Contributions to agency. Notwithstanding the provisions of\nany general or special law or the provisions of any certificate of\nincorporation, charter or other articles of organization, all domestic\ncorporations or associations organized for the purpose of carrying on\nbusiness in this state, and any other persons are hereby authorized to\nmake contributions to the agency.\n
