Limitation of liability

§ 2333. Limitation of liability. Except for acts of omission or\ncommission, with a specific intent to defraud, neither the members of\nthe authority, nor any person or persons acting in its behalf, and\nwithin the scope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal\nliability resulting from the issuance of any notes or bonds of the\nauthority; from the erection, construction, reconstruction, maintenance\nor operation of any project; or from carrying out any of the powers\nexpressly given in this title.\n
