Authority shall be deemed state agency

§ 2052-m. Authority shall be deemed state agency. For the purposes of\narticle fifteen-A of the executive law only, the authority shall be\ndeemed a state agency as that term is used in such article, and its\ncontracts for design, construction, services and materials shall be\ndeemed state contracts within the meaning of that term as set forth in\nsuch article.\n
