§ 2050-r. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the state constitution, the accounts\nof the agency shall be subject to the supervision of the state\ncomptroller. The agency shall annually submit to the governor and state\ncomptroller and to the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to\nthe provisions of section two thousand five hundred of title one of\narticle nine of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed\nwith the chairman of the county legislature. The agency shall comply\nwith the provisions of sections two thousand five hundred one, two\nthousand five hundred two and two thousand five hundred three of title\none of article nine of this chapter.\n
