§ 1733. Compliance with codes. The authority shall, in the design,\nconstruction, reconstruction, improvement, rehabilitation, maintenance,\nrepair, furnishing, equipping of or otherwise providing for educational\nfacilities, comply with the requirements of the city building code, fire\ncode and electrical code.\n
