* § 163. Rules and regulations. The use by the public of Jones Beach\nparkway, Captree bridge, Captree parkway and any other improvement\noperated by the parkway authority shall be subject to the rules and\nregulations of the commissioner of parks and recreation and the\ncommission, as provided in the parks and recreation law, in the same\nmanner as if such property were a park or parkway in the ninth park\nregion under the jurisdiction of the commissioner of parks and\nrecreation; provided, however that the commissioner of parks and\nrecreation and the commission shall have no authority to alter or change\nany of the facilities hereby placed under the authority or do anything\nwhich will impair the security of the bondholders or violate limitations\ncontained in any agreement with bondholders.\n  * NB (Authority abolished June 30, 1978)\n
