State and city not liable on bonds

* § 1621-l. State and city not liable on bonds. The bonds, notes and\nother obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of\nNew York or of the city, and neither the state nor the city shall be\nliable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than\nthose of the authority.\n  * NB Repealed per § 1621-r (see chapter 597 of 2023 § 2 for specifics)\n
