The bonds, notes\nand other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state\nof New York or of the village, and neither the state nor the village\nshall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the authority.\n  * NB Ceased to exist December 31, 1999\n
