* § 1600-b. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless\na different meaning clearly appears from the context:\n  1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\nsixteen hundred-c of this title;\n  2. The term "village" shall mean the village of Tarrytown;\n  3. The term "bonds" and "notes" shall mean the bonds and notes,\nrespectively, authorized in this title;\n  4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority;\n  5. The term "real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchises,\nand interest in lands, and any and all things usually included within\nthe said term, and includes not only fees simple absolute but also any\nand all lesser interests, such as easements, rights of way, air rights,\nsub-surface rights, uses, leases, licenses, and all other incorporeal\nhereditaments and every estate, interest or right, legal or equitable,\nincluding terms of years, and liens thereon by way of judgments,\nmortgages or otherwise, and also claims for damage to real estate in the\narea of the village;\n  6. The term "project" shall mean any area or place operated or to be\noperated by the authority for the parking or storing of motor and other\nvehicles and shall, without limiting the foregoing, include all real and\npersonal property, driveways, roads, approaches, structures, terminals\nof all kinds, garages, meters, mechanical equipment, and all\nappurtenances and facilities either on, above or under the ground which\nare used or usable in connection with such parking or storing of such\nvehicles in the area of the village;\n  7. The term "projects" shall mean more than one project.\n  * NB Ceased to exist December 31, 1999\n
