Right of entry upon streets

§ 1384. Right of entry upon streets. The authority, with the consent\nof the city, or of the state department of transportation, if required,\nmay enter upon streets, avenues, parkways, roads, highways, bridges or\nother public places for the construction of a project or part thereof or\nof an addition, betterment or extension to the port facilities. Whenever\nthe authority has entered upon and damaged a street, avenue, parkway,\nroad, highway, bridge, or other public place, the authority shall\nrestore the same to its former condition.\n
