Right of entry upon streets

§ 1359. Right of entry upon streets. The authority, with the consent\nof the city, the town superintendent of highways or the county\nsuperintendent of highways, as the case may be, or of the state\ndepartment of transportation, if required, may enter upon streets,\navenues, parkways, roads, highways, bridges or other public places for\nthe construction of a project or part thereof or of an addition,\nbetterment or extension to facilities or industrial projects.  Whenever\nthe authority has entered upon and damaged a street, avenue, parkway,\nroad, highway, bridge or other public place, the authority shall restore\nthe same to its former condition.\n
