Co-operation and assistance of other agencies

§ 1288. Co-operation and assistance of other agencies.  To avoid\nduplication of effort and in the interests of economy, the corporation\nmay make use of existing studies, surveys, plans, data and other\nmaterials in the possession of any state agency or any municipality or\npolitical subdivision of the state. Each such agency, municipality and\nsubdivision is hereby authorized to make the same available to the\ncorporation and otherwise to assist it in the performance of its\nfunctions. The officers and personnel of such agencies, municipalities\nand subdivisions, and of any other government or agency whatever, may\nserve at the request of the corporation upon such advisory committees as\nthe corporation shall determine to create and such officers and\npersonnel may serve upon such committees without forfeiture of office or\nemployment and with no loss or diminution in the compensation, status,\nrights and privileges which they otherwise enjoy.\n
