§ 1266-m. Information concerning services for human trafficking\nvictims. 1. The authority shall make available in plain view and in a\nconspicuous place and manner in the public restrooms and in any\nlactation rooms of any transit facility operated by the authority,\ninformational cards and/or signs developed by:\n (a) the office of temporary and disability assistance in consultation\nwith the New York state interagency task force on human trafficking; or\n (b) the United States Department of Homeland Security.\n 2. All informational cards and signs shall only contain information\nconcerning services for human trafficking victims and shall prominently\ninclude the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.\n 3. For purposes of this section, the term "lactation room" shall mean\na hygienic place, other than a restroom, that is intended to be used for\nthe primary purpose of breastfeeding or expressing breast milk.\n
