§ 1199-r. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller. The\nauthority shall annually submit to the governor and state comptroller\nand to the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the\nprovisions of section two thousand five hundred of title one of article\nnine of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the\ncounty executive. The authority shall comply with the provisions of\nsections two thousand five hundred one, two thousand five hundred two,\nand two thousand five hundred three of title one of article nine of this\nchapter.\n
