§ 1147-x. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller and an\nannual audit shall be performed by an independent certified accountant.\nThe authority shall annually submit to the governor and comptroller and\nto the chairs of the senate finance and assembly ways and means\ncommittees a detailed report pursuant to the provisions of section two\nthousand eight hundred of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall\nbe filed with the clerk of each town and village in the service area.\n
