§ 1112. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective.\nIf any section, clause or provision of this title shall be held\nunconstitutional, or be ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent\nthat it is not unconstitutional, or ineffective, it shall be valid and\neffective and no other section, clause or provision shall, on account\nthereof, be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
