* § 1020-o. Payments by municipalities. The board of trustees of the\nvillage and the governing body of any municipality in which surplus of\nthe authority is sold pursuant to section one thousand twenty-f of this\ntitle are authorized to make payments to the authority for its support.\nIt is hereby determined that such payments are for a public purpose for\nthe benefit of the people of such village and such municipalities.\n  * NB There are 2 § 1020-o's\n
