* § 1020-f. Sale of surplus. Whenever any electrical energy which the\nauthority may acquire creates a surplus over the amount of light, heat\nand power, in any of such services, required by the residents of the\ndistrict to which such service is contracted, the authority may sell\nsuch surplus in territory outside the district to persons or public or\nprivate corporations. In acquiring any facility or property which also\nserves any municipality or territory outside the district, the\nauthority, if it deems it advantageous and economical so to do, may,\nwith the consent of the board of trustees, serve any such municipality\nor territory or sell heat, power or electrical energy to persons, public\nor private corporations in such territory or to such municipality.\n * NB There are 2 § 1020-f's\n
