§ 35.15 Preservation of heritage area resources. 1. The commissioner\nshall establish, with the advice of the advisory council and the local\nofficials from communities designated in section 35.03 of this article,\nstandards and criteria for preservation of resources within heritage\nareas. At least one public hearing shall be held to solicit comment on\nthe proposed standards and criteria prior to their adoption.\n 2. Concurrent with the approval of management plans the office shall\ndetermine that local governments in each heritage area have enacted\npreservation measures sufficient to insure that these standards shall be\nachieved.\n
