§ 19.15 Notice by publication. 1. Notice may be given by publication\nif the office does not:\n (a) know the identity of the lender; or\n (b) know the address of the lender; or\n (c) receive proof that the notice mailed under section 19.14 of this\narticle was received within thirty days of mailing.\n 2. Notice by publication must be given at least once a week for three\nconsecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in:\n (a) the county in which the property is held by the office; and\n (b) the county of the lender's last address, if known. The date of\nnotice under this subdivision shall be the date of the third published\nnotice.\n
