Liability of foreign corporations for failure to disclose required information

§ 1319. Liability of foreign corporations for failure to disclose\n          required information.\n  A foreign corporation conducting activities in this state shall, in\nthe same manner as a domestic corporation, disclose to its members of\nrecord who are residents of this state the information required under\nArticle 5 and shall be liable as provided in section 521 (Liability for\nfailure to disclose required information) for failure to comply in good\nfaith with these requirements.\n
