Pleasure vessels as defined in this chapter, equipped with\ndetachable outboard motors or permanent inboard motors, except vessels\npropelled by electric motors of not over one-fourth rated horsepower,\nshall not be operated at any time on the waters of Round Island lake,\nOrange county.\n
