Interfering with navigation

§ 32-c. Interfering with navigation. A person who throws, or causes,\nor permits to be thrown, from any boat, scow, or other vessel, or in any\nother manner, into the tidewaters bordering on or lying within the\nboundaries of Nassau and Suffolk counties or any of the navigable waters\nof this state, including bays, sounds and harbors, any earth, ashes,\ncinders, stone, or other material, or who builds any structure therein,\nwhich will in any manner lessen the depth of such waters, or interfere\nwith the free and safe navigation thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
