§ 203. Laws repealed. Chapter forty-two of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act relating to navigation, constituting\nchapter thirty-seven of the consolidated laws," and chapter two hundred\nand ninety-two of the laws of nineteen hundred forty, entitled "An act\nrelating to navigation on and use of the waters of Lake Placid" and all\nacts and parts of acts amendatory of or supplemental to any of such\nchapters or sections and all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the\nprovisions of this chapter are hereby repealed. The repeal of chapter\nforty-two of the laws of nineteen hundred nine as amended, and chapter\ntwo hundred and ninety-two of the laws of nineteen hundred forty shall\nnot operate or be construed to terminate any license heretofore issued\nthereunder or affect the rights of any person holding such a license;\nnor shall such repeal affect any action or proceeding now pending in any\ncourt, or any act done or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or\npenalty, forfeiture or punishment inflicted pursuant to such chapters,\nor either of them, prior to the date this act takes effect; but the same\nmay be asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted as fully and to the\nsame extent as if this act had not been passed, or such chapters had not\nbeen repealed.\n
