Service without the state

§ 22. Service without the state.  The governor may order the organized\nmilitia or any part thereof to serve outside of the borders of this\nstate or of the United States in order to perform military duty of every\ndescription and to participate in parades, reviews, cruises,\nconferences, encampments, maneuvers or other training, and to\nparticipate in small arms and other military competitions and to attend\nservice schools.\n
