§ 130.6. Judge advocates and legal officers.  (a) The state judge\nadvocate or his assistants shall make frequent inspections in the field\nin supervision of the administration of military justice in the\norganized militia.\n  (b) Convening authorities shall at all times communicate directly with\ntheir staff judge advocates or legal officers in matters relating to the\nadministration of military justice; and the staff judge advocate or\nlegal officer of any command is authorized to communicate directly with\nthe staff judge advocate or legal officer of a superior or subordinate\ncommand, or with the state judge advocate.\n  (c) No person who has acted as member, military judge, trial counsel,\nassistant trial counsel, defense counsel, assistant defense counsel or\ninvestigating officer in any case shall subsequently act as a staff\njudge advocate or legal officer to any reviewing authority upon the same\ncase.\n
