General\ncourts-martial may be convened by order of the adjutant ageneral, the\ncommanding officer of a force of the organized militia, the commanding\nofficer of a division or corresponding unit of the army national guard\nor the commanding officer of a wing or corresponding unit of the air\nnational guard.\n
