Jurisdiction of special courts-martial

§ 130.19. Jurisdiction of special courts-martial.  Subject to section\n130.17, special courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try persons\nsubject to this code for any offense for which they may be punished by\nthis code.  Special courts-martial shall have the power to sentence to:\nconfinement with hard labor for not exceeding one hundred days; fines\nnot exceeding one hundred dollars; confinement with hard labor in lieu\nof fines imposed not exceeding one day for each dollar of fine imposed;\nforfeiture of pay and allowances not exceeding one hundred dollars; bad\nconduct discharge; reprimand; reduction of noncommissioned officers to\nan inferior grade; and to combine any two or more of such punishments in\nthe sentences imposed.  A bad conduct discharge shall not be adjudged\nunless a complete record of the proceedings and testimony before the\ncourt has been made.\n
