§ 130.115. General section. Though not specifically mentioned in this\ncode, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and\ndiscipline in the organized militia and all conduct of a nature to bring\ndiscredit upon the organized militia or a force thereof, of which\npersons subject to this code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of\nby a general or special or summary court-martial, according to the\nnature and degree of the offense, and punished at the discretion of such\ncourt.\n
