§ 130.112. Perjury.  Any person subject to this code who, in a\njudicial proceeding or course of justice conducted pursuant to this\ncode, willfully and corruptly (1) gives, upon a lawful oath or in any\nform allowed by law to be substituted for an oath, any false testimony\nmaterial to the issue or matter of inquiry; or, (2) in any declaration,\ncertificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury, serves\nany false statement material to the issue or matter of inquiry is guilty\nof perjury and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
