§ 130.105. Improper hazarding of vessel.  (a)  Any person subject to\nthis code who willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded\nany vessel of the armed forces of the United States or of the organized\nmilitia shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n  (b)  Any person subject to this code who negligently hazards or\nsuffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces of the United\nStates or of the organized militia shall be punished as a court-martial\nmay direct.\n
