Military property--loss, damage, destruction, or wrongful disposition

§ 130.103. Military property--loss, damage, destruction, or wrongful\ndisposition. Any person subject to this code who, without proper\nauthority--\n  (1) sells or otherwise disposes of; or\n  (2) willfully or through neglect damages, destroys, or loses; or\n  (3) willfully or through neglect suffers to be lost, damaged,\ndestroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of;\nany military property of the United States or of the state, shall be\npunished as a court-martial may direct.\n
