Aiding the enemy

§ 130.100.  Aiding the enemy. Any person subject to this code who--\n  (1) aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition,\nsupplies, money, or other thing; or\n  (2) without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or gives\nintelligence to, or communicates or corresponds with or holds any\nintercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly;\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
