Development grants for comprehensive psychiatric emergency programs

* § 41.50 Development grants for comprehensive psychiatric emergency\n            programs.\n  The commissioner of mental health may, subject to the approval of the\ndirector of the budget, make grants to local governmental units,\nvoluntary agencies, and general hospitals licensed pursuant to article\ntwenty-eight of the public health law, for up to one hundred percent of\nthe reasonable preoperational costs associated with efforts to establish\ncomprehensive psychiatric emergency programs, including reasonable\nprofessional fees, reasonable and necessary fees paid to secure\nfinancing, other fees for services which are necessary for project\ndevelopment, initial staffing, furniture, equipment, reasonable\nrehabilitation costs, and other reasonable development costs approved by\nthe commissioner of mental health.\n  * NB Repealed July 1, 2027\n
