§ 32.36 Crisis stabilization services.\n  The commissioner shall be authorized, in conjunction with the\ncommissioner of the office of mental health, to create crisis\nstabilization centers within New York state in accordance with article\nthirty-six of this title, including the promulgation of joint\nregulations and implementation of a financing mechanism to allow for the\nsustainable operation of such programs.\n
