§ 30.02 Definitions.\n For purposes of this article:\n (a) "Eating disorder" is defined to include, but not be limited to,\nconditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia and binge eating disorder,\nidentified as such in the ICD-9-CM International Classification of\nDisease or the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical\nManual of Mental Disorders, or other medical and mental health\ndiagnostic references generally accepted for standard use by the medical\nand mental health fields.\n (b) "Comprehensive care centers for eating disorders" or\n"comprehensive care centers" means a provider-sponsored system of care,\norganized by either corporate affiliation or clinical association for\nthe common purpose of providing a coordinated, individualized plan of\ncare for an individual with an eating disorder, across a continuum that\nincludes all necessary non-institutional, institutional and practitioner\nservices and treatments, from initial patient screening and evaluation,\nto treatment, follow-up care and support.\n
