Clothing and money to be furnished patients discharged or released

§ 29.17 Clothing and money to be furnished patients discharged or\n          released.\n  No patient shall be discharged or released from a department facility\nwithout suitable clothing adapted to the season in which he is\ndischarged or released; and if it cannot be otherwise obtained, the\nfacility shall upon the order of the director, or of the commissioner,\nas the case may be, furnish the same, and money not exceeding fifty\ndollars, to defray his expenses until he can reach his relatives or\nfriends, or find employment to earn a subsistence.\n
