§ 15.11 Records of residents.\n The director of a school shall within five days, excluding Sunday and\nholidays, after the admission of any resident forward to the mental\nhygiene legal service a record of such resident and shall simultaneously\nforward to the department such information from the record as the\ncommissioner by regulation shall require. Such information from the\nrecord in the department shall be accessible only in the manner set\nforth in section 33.13.\n
