Assistance by state officers, departments, boards and commissions

§ 17. Assistance by state officers, departments, boards and\ncommissions. 1. The department of audit and control, department of law,\ndepartment of health, and all other state officers, departments, boards,\ndivisions and commissions may render such services to the agency within\ntheir respective functions as may be requested by the agency.\n  2. The state commissioner of health and the state department of health\nare hereby designated to act for and in behalf of the agency in\nservicing the mortgage loans of the agency, and shall perform such\nfunctions and services in connection with the making, servicing and\ncollection of such loans as shall be requested by the agency. The agency\nshall pay to the department of health from any monies of the agency\navailable for such purpose, such amounts as are necessary to reimburse\nthe department of health for the reasonable cost of the services\nperformed by the commissioner of health and department of health\npursuant to this section.\n
