§ 177.00 Laws repealed; legislative intent. a. Of the laws enumerated\nin schedule A annexed hereto, that portion specified in the last column\nis hereby repealed.\n b. It is the intent of the legislature, in enacting such schedule of\nrepeals, specifically to repeal such laws as may be obsolete or have\nbeen superseded by the other sections of this chapter so as to harmonize\nthe statutes of the state and the local laws of the municipalities with\nthe local finance law, thus avoiding ambiguity and uncertainty in\nconstruing the laws under which the municipalities, school districts and\ndistrict corporations conduct their fiscal affairs.\n
