Expenses of unsuccessful contestant

§ 65. Expenses of unsuccessful contestant. When the seat of any member\nof the legislature shall be contested, no expense incurred by the\ncontestant, in prosecuting his claim, shall be paid by the state, unless\nsuch seat be awarded to the contestant.\n
