§ 813-a. Annual reports by apprenticeship programs. 1. On an annual\nbasis, all apprenticeship programs covered under the provisions of this\narticle shall report to the department on the participation of\napprentices currently enrolled in such apprenticeship program. The data\nto be included in such report shall include, at a minimum: (a) the total\nnumber of apprentices in such apprenticeship program; (b) the\ndemographic information of such apprentices to the extent such data is\navailable, including, but not limited to, the age, gender, race,\nethnicity, and national origin of such apprentices; (c) the rate of\nadvancement and graduation of such apprentices; and (d) the rate of\nplacement of such apprentices onto job sites as well as the demographic\ninformation of such apprentices to the extent such data is available,\nincluding, but not limited to the age, gender, race, ethnicity, and\nnational origin of such apprentices.\n  2. The department shall make such data publicly available on its\nwebsite by July first, two thousand twenty-two and on an annual basis,\nbut no later than December thirty-first of each following year.\n  3. The commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations necessary for\nthe implementation of this section.\n
