§ 736. Employee rights in related proceedings. No employee shall be\ndischarged, disciplined or discriminated against in any manner for\nfiling a complaint or testifying in any proceeding or action involving\nviolations of the provisions of this article. Any employee discriminated\nagainst in violation of the provisions of this section shall be\ncompensated by his employer for double the amount of any loss of wages\nand benefits arising out of such discrimination and shall be restored to\nhis previous position of employment.\n
