§ 731. Construction and saving clause. 1. Nothing contained in this\narticle shall be construed to relieve any labor organization, employer\norganization, or any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives\nor members, or any employer or labor relations consultant from\ncompliance with any other provision of this chapter or any other\napplicable law of this state.\n 2. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to limit the\nresponsibilities or duties of any officer or agent of a labor\norganization or employer organization under the common law or any law of\nthis state, and nothing contained in this article shall be construed to\ntake away or limit any right or remedy to which members of a labor\norganization or employer organization are entitled under the common law\nor any law of this state.\n 3. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to limit or\notherwise affect the right of any person under any statute or rule of\nlaw to organize or join labor organizations, to bargain collectively, to\npicket, strike, or engage in other concerted activities for the purpose\nof collective bargaining or other mutual aid and protection, or the\nright of any labor organization under any statute or rule of law to\ncarry on such activities, nor to enlarge or otherwise affect the power\nof courts to issue injunctions under section eight hundred seven of this\nchapter.\n
