Labor policy of the state with regard to public work contracts; participation in an international boycott prohibited

§ 220-f. Labor policy of the state with regard to public work\ncontracts; participation in an international boycott prohibited. It\nshall be the labor policy of the state that contracts for the\nconstruction, reconstruction, maintenance and/or repair of public work\nor for services performed or to be performed or for goods sold or to be\nsold in an amount exceeding five thousand dollars to which the state or\nany public department, agency or official thereof intends to be a party\nshall not be executed with any person, firm, partnership or corporation\nwhich is participating or has participated at any time in an\ninternational boycott in violation of the provisions of the United\nStates export administration act of nineteen hundred sixty-nine, as\namended, or the export administration act of nineteen hundred\nseventy-nine, as amended, or the regulations of the United States\ndepartment of commerce promulgated thereunder.\n
