Posting of veterans' benefits and services

§ 201-h. Posting of veterans' benefits and services. 1. The department\nshall consult with the division of veterans' services to create and\ndistribute a veterans' benefits and services poster.\n  2. Such poster shall, at a minimum, include information regarding the\nfollowing services available to veterans:\n  a. contact and website information for the division of veterans'\nservices and the department's veterans' program;\n  b. substance abuse and mental health treatment;\n  c. educational, workforce, and training resources;\n  d. tax benefits;\n  e. New York state veteran drivers' licenses and non-driver\nidentification cards;\n  f. eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits under state and/or\nfederal law;\n  g. legal services; and\n  h. contact information for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs\nVeterans Crisis Line.\n  3. Every employer in the state with more than fifty full-time\nequivalent employees shall display the poster created pursuant to this\nsection in a conspicuous place accessible to employees in the workplace.\n
