The commissioner is\nhereby authorized and empowered to prosecute violations of section 35.01\nof the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child performers,\nsection 35.05 of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child\nmodels, section thirty-two hundred twenty-seven of the education law,\nrelating to street trades, and section thirty-two hundred twenty-eight\nof the education law, relating to newspaper carriers.\n * NB Effective until May 9, 2027\n * § 140.
