§ 813. Court law libraries. Each county of the state shall have a\ncourt law library which shall be governed as provided by section eight\nhundred fourteen of this article. Such libraries shall be open to the\npublic, however, the chief administrator of the courts may issue\nguidelines for the use and operation of such libraries. All supreme\ncourt and county court libraries established as of the effective date of\nthis section are continued as court law libraries, including the\nfollowing as they have been named:\n JOSEPH F. BARNARD MEMORIAL LIBRARY AT POUGHKEEPSIE;\n DAVID L. FOLLETT MEMORIAL LIBRARY AT NORWICH;\n HAMILTON ODELL LIBRARY AT MONTICELLO;\n EMORY A. CHASE MEMORIAL LIBRARY AT CATSKILL;\n FRANCIS BERGAN LAW LIBRARY AT ALBANY;\n LOUIS H. FOLMER LAW LIBRARY AT CORTLAND;\n JOSEPH F. EGAN MEMORIAL SUPREME COURT LAW LIBRARY AT SCHENECTADY;\n ERNEST N. WARREN LAW LIBRARY AT ITHACA;\n F. WALTER BLISS SUPREME COURT LIBRARY AT SCHOHARIE;\n JOSEPH P. MOLINARI SUPREME COURT LIBRARY AT COOPERSTOWN;\n COURT OF APPEALS LIBRARY AT SYRACUSE;\n CHARLES B.
