Court of appeals to appoint state board of law examiners

§ 56. Court of appeals to appoint state board of law examiners.  The\ncourt of appeals shall, from time to time, appoint five members of the\nbar to constitute the state board of law examiners. Each member of such\nboard shall hold office for a term of three years, and until the\nappointment of his successor.\n
